These Terms apply to all aspects of your interaction with our venue, including but not limited to facility access, attraction participation, party reservations, event bookings, wristband purchases, ticket acquisitions, and website usage at fun-n-stuff.com (the “Site”). Your entry onto our premises, completion of any reservation, purchase of any product or service, or navigation of our Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.
Should any provision in these terms conflict with your expectations or requirements, please discontinue use of our venue and services immediately.
1. Payment Obligations and Pricing Structure
Pricing and rate modifications
All rates, costs, and descriptions for products, services, wristbands, party arrangements, attractions, or special offers remain subject to modification at any time without advance notification, except where legal restrictions apply. Published rates may represent cash discount pricing. Credit or debit card transactions may reflect different pricing structures.
Tax responsibilities
You bear responsibility for all applicable taxes assessed at the point of purchase. Tax calculations occur separately and may fluctuate according to local tax regulations.
2. Visitor Requirements, Oversight, and Protection
Eligibility and participation standards
All guests must comply with displayed safety regulations and directives issued by Fun-N-Stuff personnel. Adult oversight is mandatory in designated attractions and zones according to posted age, height, weight, or safety limitations. We recognize that families visit our facility with children of varying ages and capabilities, and we have established these requirements to ensure the wellbeing of all guests. Parents and guardians remain ultimately responsible for monitoring their children’s activities and ensuring compliance with all posted guidelines and staff instructions throughout the duration of their visit.
Personnel authority and safety compliance
Our personnel possess authority to implement safety protocols, deny or terminate access for any individual displaying unsafe, disruptive, or improper conduct, and mandate removal of hazardous clothing, equipment, or behaviors that endanger others. Our staff members receive comprehensive training in safety procedures and guest management, and their decisions regarding safety matters are considered final. We empower our team to make real-time judgments about guest behavior and attraction operations to maintain a secure environment for everyone. This authority extends to all areas of the facility, including but not limited to rides, attractions, dining areas, arcade zones, and common spaces. Guests who refuse to comply with staff directives may be asked to leave the premises without refund or compensation.
You acknowledge that visiting Fun-N-Stuff carries inherent risks, including participation in mechanical rides, go-karts, rock climbing, walking surfaces, and various physical activities. You voluntarily accept all risks connected with your visit. These risks are a natural part of entertainment venues that feature physical activities and mechanical attractions, and while we implement extensive safety measures and regular maintenance protocols, we cannot eliminate all potential hazards associated with active recreation. By choosing to participate in our attractions and activities, you confirm that you understand these risks and accept personal responsibility for your decisions regarding which activities to engage in based on your own physical capabilities, health status, and comfort level.
3. Facility and Attraction Usage Guidelines
Regulations and limitations
You commit to observing posted attraction and facility regulations, including height, weight, age, and health prerequisites. Specific rides and attractions may necessitate participant waiver signatures before involvement.
You remain responsible for appropriate personal clothing, including closed-toe footwear as mandated for particular attractions. Socks may be required for designated activities.
Arcade and gaming currency
Tokens carry no refund eligibility and lose validity if not utilized.
Dining and refreshment zones
Food and beverages must be enjoyed exclusively in designated consumption areas. External food and beverages may face restrictions unless specifically permitted for reserved parties.
4. Ticketing, Wristbands, and Facility Access
Entry costs
Facility entrance carries no charge. Individual rides, attractions, or activity participation may necessitate tickets, tokens, or unlimited wristbands that must be utilized on the purchase date.
Ticket and wristband conditions
When acquiring ride tickets or unlimited wristbands, you acknowledge these remain valid exclusively during Fun-N-Stuff’s operational hours on the designated purchase date and are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash. Unlimited wristbands grant access to standard attractions for a specified duration (such as 2-Hour, 3-Hour, 4-Hour or All-Day). Standard attractions remain subject to availability, operational rides, and posted limitations. Certain attractions are excluded from wristbands and demand separate charges. Tickets may be distributed individually, in volume, or as components of promotional packages. Volume tickets require usage on the purchase date and cannot be distributed across multiple days.
5. Event Reservations and Party Arrangements
Birthday celebrations and gatherings
Advance reservation for birthday celebrations, private gatherings, corporate functions, fundraising events, or specialized packages is mandatory. To guarantee party packages, a non-refundable deposit may be necessary, with final payment expected at the event time as specified during booking. Reservations lacking proper advance notification may generate additional charges or encounter limited availability.
Party packages including 2-Hour, 3-Hour, and 4-Hour events incorporate unlimited standard attraction access during the party package timeframe, designated food selections, and arcade tokens. Additional food enhancements may be incorporated exclusively if requested by the deadline communicated during booking.
You acknowledge that Fun-N-Stuff may cancel or postpone your reservation if we conclude that circumstances such as safety concerns, staffing challenges, or weather conditions substantially interfere with the scheduled gathering.
Private functions and group arrangements
Private function reservations may be obtainable beyond regular operational hours and remain subject to distinct terms, pricing structures, and food packages as determined by Fun-N-Stuff. You commit to supplying accurate contact and billing details at the booking time.
6. Warranties and User Representations
By utilizing our Site or Services, you represent and warrant:
- You have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you possess parental or guardian authorization to utilize the Services.
- All details you supply during registration, booking, or purchasing are truthful and comprehensive.
- Your utilization of the Services is legitimate and conforms with these Terms.
